Hi, don't want to seem a pedant but the fine was £50 which was quite normal for the offence. The aim was NOT to destroy someone but to teach them propriety!

The individual importuned was a close protection officer who had him under surveilance I am given to understand.

He did not appear in Court and was allowed to use a KNOWN pseudonym, often a style in such cases, at the time.

The record is no longer in the books as I have checked in some detail!

He did NOT receive special treatment at the time as he was very junior.

I gather his conviction was never reported to the bar which was in fact a mandatory point of honour - who would expect honour from Charles Lynton!

Youtube; 'saville and the ninth circle'...Our Country is run by pedophile politicians. I know this because i was rightly sentenced to 6 months imprisonment (first offence) for football violence back in 1981-82, but wrongly sent to a little known Detention Centre named medomsley in the North-East of England. It is now the UK's largest ever case of sexual,physical and mental abuse in British legal history, yet the powers that be somehow managed to keep it all hush hush and out of the Public's eye for over 4 decades of when that hellhole of a concentration camp's depraved sadistic gate's first opened. The then thatcher Government's employees disguised in the form of 'prison officers' were actually made up of mainly freemason's of whom operated a pedophile ring that centered on us young adults being taken out of the prison to a local pedophiles house,ligatured around the neck and wrists and brutally gang raped day after day after day until being released back into a society who,at the time believed that 'children should be seen and not heard' so it was therefore conveniently brushed under the carpet and leaving us former inmates (survivors) going through our entire adult life carrying around these twisted vile demons on our broad shoulders-with no one to talk to cos no one would of believed us-and all along being expected to lead normal law-abiding lives. WTF ? 5 of the former 'prison officers' were recently found guilty of crimes ranging from misconduct in a Public office (beating us to a pulp on a daily bases) to buggery and multiple rapes on us young 16-21 years of age adolescent boys/men and were sentenced to prison terms between 3 to 8 years. An absolute disgrace given the very real lifetime of psychological damage that those sick sadistic Government employees ingrained into our souls. We're demanding a Full Independent Public Inquiry into that hell-on-earth Government experiment that went horribly wrong and destroyed thousands of lives in the process. Then when we all think we are finally being heard..along comes bellend boris with his 'historical sexual/physical/mental abuse cases being a waste of Government money' and 'all this mularky' is costing a huge amount of Police time and Government resources with the money that he so very sensitively referred to as 'spaffing it up the wall' live on national radio LBC 13/3/2019. FFS ? What right minded man/woman would wanna vote for such a pompous bigoted piece of S?$T who clearly has no morals & principles or regard for the thousands upon thousands of victims of abuse or as importantly our families. Google medomsley detention centre and all will be revealed.

My God, how horrendous. To be isolated in a hell-hole like this is truly horrific. Your strength of spirit and resolve is an inspiration in itself.

I seem to remember this occurred close to the time he was being backed to get to the top of Labour and fight an election, so this scandal had to be hushed up immediately. I do note that references to this seem to have been removed delibrerately from the internet today. Funny how some people can get stuff removed.

At the time of the alleged offence/court appearance, Blair was actually in the Young Conservatives and hadn't yet come up with his clever plan to infiltrate the Labour Party. He wasn't even a member of the Labour Party at the time and wasn't standing for election as an MP, and so was unlikely to have been standing in the dock in front of the Bow Street beaks.

know is that Blair joined the Labour Party in 1975

I don't see the relevance of what his political views were at the time. Why do you think that 'the Bow Street Beaks' are only interested in prosecuting people who are standing for election? I'd suggest that your muddled thinking fits perfectly with your political views.
