Oh like Joshua 10:39 (and other similar accounts): -

King James Bible
And he took it, and the king thereof, and all the cities thereof; and they smote them with the edge of the sword, and utterly destroyed all the souls that were therein; he left none remaining: as he had done to Hebron, so he did to Debir, and to the king thereof; as he had done also to Libnah, and to her king.

And he took it, and the king thereof, and all the cities thereof; and

I believe that there is some evidence that Joshua wasn't actually a
Christian (or a Muslim).

Of course not, but of course most Xtians believe in the Old Testament too. Lots of putting them to the sword - very man, woman and child...

Too. Lots of putting them to the sword - very man, woman and child...
Sometimes it appears that certain sections of the anti muslim brigade
are whitewashing Christian hate preachers less than stellar reputation
as regards intolerance to others. There is material to be
mis-interpreted in the New Testament as well:

The Revelation according to Saint John, Chapter 20 verse 14

Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of
fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone
whose name was not found written in the book of life was
thrown into the lake of fire.

LBC presenter James O'Brien had it so right (as I mentioned in another
post) when he told one "burn the Qur'an" caller "You are doing the
terrorists work for them,... but you don't really care do you, Paul?
Just as long as the hatred is there. You, sir, are a hate preacher"

I guess John had been on some mind-bending substances when he wrote
that.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of them about.

Yes. It's what Joos did. And still are .
Where do you think they get their ideas from?

You realise you're talking about Joos now?
Or are you too thick?
