"married to a black woman"! Is this a northern thing?
What marrying a woman? What do you bigots normally marry?
What's marriage apart from some outdated institution designed to
I always wondered about you.
Would you like to tell us all about it?
I'm sure that we will understand.
The only thing "we will understand" is that you and ButfordInJustice
is that you're bum pals.
That was a cheap and very silly remark.
I always thought a bit more of you.
That's very kind of you.
ButfordInJustice has a thing about bois and pussy men and just the
sort of person to start a thread like this without understanding the
irony that it involved a white man married to a black woman.
Do you really take him to heart?

It was also a cheap jibe to say "I always wondered about you........".
Please explain your problem with my words.

Your words, not mine.
Would you care to explain them?
Your posts over time suggest you exist with Mrs Pounder rather than
enjoy life with an element of self-control. It is a married man's desire
to have sex outside of his marriage, unless he's been emasculated. There
is no need to comment.
Women used to be the man's chattels, where he owned his wife and could
even sell her. Even the term ancillary relief comes from the mid-19th
century where a man must maintain things he owns. Perhaps
ButfordInJustice's issues stem from Muslim men treat women the same way
British society used to treat Victorian women?
Since then, women occupy the moral high ground, after marriage the
tables are turned where the woman starts to own the man. She will expect
him to die for her for the sake of bringing up their children, yet there
will be explosions after he has a single night of sex with another woman.
They say men are from Mars and women are from Venus, indicating that
values and behaviour are so very different. Where men have traditionally
been the breadwinner they are often no longer so.
I have ready many articles how single men go out with their friends
before marriage and single women go out with theirs. After marriage the
stats show that men feel obliged to stay in while their wives still go
out with their old friends.
In short relationships start with "what can I do for you" and end in
marriages with "what can you do for me".
A piece of paper prolongs the agony of separation where one member has
had enough, and is a superfluous piece of paper for those who genuinely
want to be with each other.
I have lost count of the number of times couples have been together for
years , get married and then after a year are divorced.
